Our Story

1984
Jorge Fernandez Flores

Established his first Agro Business Company with other 3 partners, that in a few years became the main exporters of Beans and Garlic in Peru.

1994
Jorge Fernandez Flores

Established another company with one other partner and focus more on Bean exports, reaching 35 Countries and started to participate in International Food Shows.

2003
Jorge Fernandez Jr.

Started to work in the company his father opened and was on charge on Sales Department for the following products: Oregano, Quinoa, Broad beans, started to develop the Retail for US market and open new markets in Eastern Europe.

2013
AGRO FERGI S.A.C.

Jorge Fernandez Jr., his sister Alejandra Fernandez and his father, decided to open AGRO FERGI SAC, a 100% family owned business, with a young and dynamic company supported by the more than 29 years of experience of Jorge Fernandez Flores (Executive President) and 10 years of experience of Jorge Fernandez Jr. (General Manager) with the principal objective to develop long term business with our main clients, developing a new client list and focusing in diversifying their markets.

2014
AGRO FERGI S.A.C.

Received an important recognition by ADEX (Peruvian Exporters Association) for MARKET DIVERSIFICATION – at this moment we reached 32 markets within the first year of operations.

2016
AGRO FERGI S.A.C.

Bought a new office for the company located in Miraflores and a new facility located in Huachipa – Lima.

2017
AGRO FERGI S.A.C.

Reached more than 48 countries, for the Wholesale market and Retail market, we are now in the 5 continents and we continue offering our 100% Peruvian products to more and new markets, focusing on showing ourselves to the world as a reliable Peruvian Company, 100% family managed and committed on the quality offered to our clients, making long term business relations with them.

Received an important recognition by ADEX (Peruvian Exporters Association) for PERUVIAN AGRO EXPORTER OF THE YEAR 2017, due to the volume of products exported and the market diversification after 5 years of hard work.
